Insurance and Billing

Please bring a copy of your insurance plan benefits information with you on your dental appointment.

Our office will file insurance as a courtesy for our patients. It is the responsibility of the patient to supply the office with their current insurance information.

We will assist you to determine your contracted insurance plan benefits, however it is important for the patient to understand that the determination of the benefits is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact our office.

As a courtesy to our patients we accept most insurance plans and are network providers with the following plans:

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
